Intro Classes & Private Lessons

Our introductory classes on artistic swimming are the perfect chance to try something new and get some exercise while doing so! It also gives the opportunity to try synchro with only basic skills and without long term membership. We hope to host a couple of these classes a year, outside of our normal practices. Pool locations vary.

Private and semi-private lessons may be available to increase skill levels outside of scheduled practices and classes, please reach out and we'll send you the latest details.

Requirements

• Age 18+

• Able to swim 100 yards

• Comfortable going upside-down

• Comfortable being underwater in deep water
  Our pools can be over 12ft deep with no shallow water

• USA Artistic Swimming (USAAS) membership (this may be included)

• LSS Temporary Class Forms
  Note if you download, the fields should be editable

• Meet all facility requirements

• One piece swimsuit and goggles. Swim cap recommended. Nose clip provided

Some classes may have additional requirements depending on setup.
